Can my dad get his child taken away if living and married to a offender?

My dad is married to a regestered offender, and they are about to have a baby. If my dad is living with her and are married can he get the baby taken away also. She is also still do to go through court with all the issues she has and she has gotten her other 3 children taken away. i need urgent hel soon so i can help my dad.
