I think i have a serious fear of being abducted by aliens?

I wake up after a dream i had and i cant go back to sleep i feel like there watching me its strange its always after a dream i have but there not scary or unpleasent dreams. I just cant go back to sleep I started having these dreams about a year ago, I read a article and a lady saiad she had dreams where she would just see them she was about my age and when she was 20 or so she saw them in a car she wasnt hallucinating she was with a friend. lol im not crazy but this really freaks me out i believe there is life out there i just dont wanna come in contact with them lol p.s im 14 :) so be nice sorry for the bad grammer im in a hurry
