Treatment for Bronchitis?

I have had bronchitis for the last 3 months, during which time I have been bringing up a lot of phelgm. I am on my third course of antibiotics which haven't helped at all. Sometimes I go for a day with just bringing up white coloured sticky phelgm and then the next day the phlegm is green. I would appreciate it if anyone out there can give me some advice on how best to treat this. I am getting very fed up and feel as though it will never go. For the last 2 days I have woken up with a sore throat and slightly swollen glands in my neck. Btw I should mention that my daughter is typing this for me - I am 80 years old.
