Im been given to a group in school that arent working at all. im seems to do all the work.?

4 people team including me. i'm the leader. the rest of the 3 members are relectant to do anything. gave them instruction but they just isnt doing their best shot. just entertaining my request. now, its seems like im the only one doing everything. the lecturer arent able to help at all.. what should i do? do everything myself? or any ways to keep my members to work together..
