How can i reinstate my fl license living in NC?

Ok so i moved to NC about a month ago.... 3 weeks ago my license was suspended due to outstanding tickets.. While driving up to NC i got two speeding tickets in GA and SC. I went to do a driver license check on my fl license and about 3 of the 7 tickets appear as unpaid. is there a way i can get a full list of the tickets i owe including out of state. I would really like to get my NC license since i moved here but i have no idea about how to go about the process.... Only half of the tickets i havent paid show up on that website. Do i need to get clearance on every ticket and take them down to miami? And where do i find the tickets that dont show up on that website?
