Older brother ed me?!?

im 13 and hes 21 and got permission to do it if i misbehaved while staying with him for the week so the second day i was with him.... it got a little rough he told me to give me his phone (i kept laughing) and i screamed no go the F away and he lifted me up and gave me 5 kinda hard s then he hugged me and kissed my forehead ( thts not weird for me) and took my phone it was just a forward but was tht ok for him to do tht?!
