What can I do with a package of chicken I accidentally microwaved on full power instead of defrosted?

I did it again, set the microwave to defrost a package of boneless-skinless then wondered 10 minutes later why it smelled like I was already making dinner. Does anyone have any ideas for recipes than will make this chicken taste a little less cooked in the microwave or do I need to just throw it away?
