What should she do?

My nephew's girlfriend and I have become good friends and they live with his dad & stepmom. I know the stepmom doesn't like me because people tell me what she says behind my back, though I could care less... but when my friend comes over to hang out she always starts an argument with her and is calling constantly. There are 2 younger kids there 17 & 11. Well, they were mad because she didn't help them clean but her day was yesterday and no one helped her clean. They stayed on the computer all day and she usually does help them clean, and actually, she was at my house drying all their laundry because their's isn't getting hot. They kept calling here, and then the 17 yo's bf called my nephew and said that there was 2 guys over here and he called all mad. Now, there is a car in front of the house- it's my sisters bf it broke down and they were close by. It's been here 4 days! But I asked him what they said and they told him they saw the guys but they tried to get her in trouble like that.
