How kids can build a haunted house?

Ok. Me and my friend want to build a spooky house, maybe in a swamp or monster theme, not particularly witches or Halloween. We are 14 years old and have access to many materials and are both very creative and can make amazing things when we put our minds to it so make any suggestion even if you think we cant do it. We would like it to be permanent, but it cant be at one of our houses or in our shed or anything like that so we need ideas where in the neighborhood you would think we could make a permanent spooky house. We really need help and ANY ides will be really good even if you think we cant POSSIBLY do it, trust me we have made amazing things in the past, we can even weld! We mainly want ideas where in the neighborhood we can build this, but if you have any really cool, creative ideas on what we can craft, please add that in too! *Note; I am going to be starting home schooling and have a couple of months off, so I will have a lot of time on my hands to do stuff. Any other info you find is welcome!! PLEASE write ANYTHING even if you think it is stupid or too hard for us. ^_^
