One minute speech in the House health care repeal debate, what would you say?

"I would like to refer you to the 10th Amendment to the Constitution. That amendment states that powers not granted to the federal government by the body of the Constitution are specifically reserved to the states or the people. Therefore, this bill is in direct violation of the Constitution, and abridges the rights of the people and the several states. I cannot abide by this."
