What song is this? It's stuck in my head!?

I heard it a while back and it just came up in the back of my mind. I can't remember any of the lyrics, but i do remember some important details. it sounded like an older song, and it started off with woman with a high pitched voice simply repeating "oooo ooooo oooo ooo". I loved it, and now i can't find it. plz help!
